On May 28 1944 bombed Camp Beverloo, which was occupied by the Germans. How many Germans were killed, we’ll never know. 270 people were killed in the population. The Institute O.L. Lady Visitation was also hit by the bombs. They would later publish a booklet about this disaster. Unfortunately I do not posses an original version, but I was able to make a digital version out of the scans. This booklet was written in Old Dutch, but I’ve put an English translation on the pages.
